Flash fried loligo squid and white truffle aoli.


250gm crispy crumbed ‘moisture infused’ pork cutlet, coleslaw and potato puree.

Lamb Alla Griglia

200gm grilled lamb noisettes, green beans, potato puree, caramelised onion jus.
